#1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PlayerIPTV Solutions application and website. By using our application, website, activation services, or playlist management tools, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application or website.

#2. Media Player Only

PlayerIPTV Solutions is a pure multimedia player. The application does not provide, sell, host, stream, or distribute TV channels, movies, series, playlists, or any other media content.

• Users must provide their own playlist or media source
• We do not verify, control, or edit user-provided content
• We are not affiliated with any IPTV provider or content provider

#3. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the content, playlist URL, M3U file, or media source you upload or use with the application.

You agree that you will not use the application to access content:

• That violates copyright, licensing, or intellectual property laws
• That is illegal in your country, region, or jurisdiction
• That you do not have permission to access or use

#4. Activation and Payment

Activation is a one-time fee for a single TV or device. Payment activates the PlayerIPTV application on the selected device only.

Please make sure your playlist works correctly during the trial period before purchasing activation.

• Activation does not include any channels or media content
• Activation is connected to the device MAC address or device key
• Changing device, TV, or MAC address may require a new activation

#5. Refund Policy

Because activation is applied digitally to a specific device, payments are generally non-refundable after successful activation.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Missing playlists, channels, movies, or provider content
• Unsupported playlist formats from third-party providers
• Internet, ISP, provider, or device compatibility problems
• Purchase made before checking the application during trial

#6. Playlist Compatibility

The application supports common playlist formats, but we cannot guarantee that every playlist, stream, codec, or provider format will work on every device.

Device models, operating systems, provider servers, and network settings can affect playback.

#7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the website, activation tools, and application support available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Services may be delayed, unavailable, or changed because of technical maintenance, platform updates, payment provider issues, or events outside our control.

#8. Third-Party Platforms and Services

The application may be available through or depend on third-party platforms such as Samsung, LG, Apple, Android, Amazon Fire TV, Google, Stripe, or other services.

We are not responsible for third-party platform policies, outages, removals, payment processing decisions, or app store requirements.

#9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the application for unlawful streaming or copyright infringement
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the application
• Abuse activation, payment, login, or playlist management systems
• Misrepresent PlayerIPTV Solutions as a content or IPTV provider

#10. Limitation of Liability

PlayerIPTV Solutions is not liable for losses, damages, missing content, service interruptions, provider failures, unsupported streams, or legal issues caused by user-provided content.

The application is provided as a media player and is used at your own responsibility.

#11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page and become effective after publishing.
